[Bf-funboard] Proposal: Cursor Set

Hi!

Just a thought: Wouldn't it make more sense to just draw an "appendix" to the 
system cursor for the special cursors and use the normal arrow and busy 
cursors the underlying UI uses?

To implement that "appendix" you could do the following:

1. fetch the default cursor from the UI
2. add the appendix to the bitmap
3. use the resulting cursor

I think this is a good compromize between using system cursors and own ones.
