[Bf-education] Terminating the Certified Trainer program...

Hello community,

I thought about looking into certification as I do lots of professional
training in Blender. I did think at one point it might help me get
business, but, as you mentioned, I wasn't sure of the value of the
certification.

I am a certified trainer in davinci resolve. This meant filling out a form,
getting accepted, going to Paris for 3 days for a (free) training program
which allowed us to hone in on the skills which we may be less proficient
in but also made sure we know how to teach. We then completed an hour-long
exam.

Certification has convinced clients to go with me rather than someone who
wasn't certified and has helped me in this way.

Maybe the certification process in its current form isn't very effective
and needs to be fundamentally reviewed, but maybe not canceled out right?
