Hello again,

Obviously one would need much more information to be able to cost a film.  It would also take a team of people.  It may be worth asking the question the other way round.  What is the budget? Time scale, purpose and it might be more possible to say what could realistically be achieved.  With Video and animation the client would usually start by sending a ‘Treatment’ along with an idea of budget and time scale.
