I’m not sure of what internet access you are allowed in Iran and assume that youtube isn’t an option.  If it is, just search blender tutorial and you will get thousands.

If not, try http://www.cgmasters.net/free-blender-3d-tutorials/ .  There are quite a few tutorials there.  If this link doesn’t work let me know and I will try to find a site that you can access.
