Hi,

To anyone interested: I teach a "Blender's Course" in the Institute of
Computer Science in Wrocław, Poland. I thought it may be worthy to
mention it on this list. Especially Polish speakers may find some useful
content in the course text, and I think everyone can appreciate a
gallery of student projects there :)

The course page is on

  http://michalis.ii.uni.wroc.pl/~michalis/teaching/blender/

Most of this page is in Polish. If you don't speak Polish, you can
always just browser the projects results (renderings and movies) on the
right. These are all student projects, done after 4 months (15 weeks, to
be precise) of lectures and labs. I'm writing this mail partially
because I'm proud of them :) For most of them, this was a first contact
with Blender, and many projects are quite impressive I think :)

You can try google translate on this page if you want. Translation
results are not always sensible, but you should at least get the idea of
topics covered:

Some further information:

- The course is generally for student's of our Institute
(http://www.ii.uni.wroc.pl/). Although a few people from the outside are
always welcome, as long as there's room.

- The course just finished it's 3rd round. It was taught in March-June
of 2008, March-June 2010, and now March-June 2011. Probably it will be
repeated again in March-June 2012.

- There are usually >30 students (2 lab groups) attending the course.

- The lectures are by me, in Polish.

If you have any questions, please ask. You can of course ask me off-list
in Polish if you want.

Regards,
Michalis
