Hello,

Please advise on using open-source (preferably GPL) translation software 
together with (Media)Wiki.

We are about to localize the Blender manual 
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Manual into Estonian
and need to use TMs / bilingual files for synching and dividing the 
volume between a number of translators.
What do you think on OmegaT? Are there better ones to choose?
