timeline window, Playback->Sync to fps

Thank you!!  I've never needed a playback at fps before.  Neither can I remember ever being shown that option.  I've always just scrubbed the timeline freehand.

I posted this question on blenderartist forum and got no response.  Searching the online manual on keywords other that "playback" led nowhere.  I should have had more faith and hope that playback at fps was available!

How could the online documentation be better searched for answers?  The old fashioned way would have been to flip through pages in a book.
