[Bf-education] 2.5 for Spring 2010?

Hi Edwin!

I don't think it's a good idea to put 2.5 in a school class, at least not untill fall 2010.

According to the Blender 2.5 Roadmap ( http://www.blender.org/development/release-logs/blender-250/ ) Only with beta 3 we will have animation tools back, optimized and fully integrated with the new UI. Before that stage, it will cause in the students more disappointments for the lack of functionality than excitement for the new look and feel.

My next course starts next February and I'll teach it in 2.49b. I hope by the end of the course in May, I might be able to show them the updates and encourage them to keep using this tool.
