Hi! To open up Blender education in your area, become a Blender Certified Trainer, or contract with a certified trainer to deliver training and instruction in your area. For schools, there is already a secondary educational training course from a teacher readily available as a PDF and is called Blender Basics and is its 2nd edition. There is also a Tufts University course available. Hope this helps!
