[Bf-education] Article on Certification

Hey folks,

With all of the excellent discussion regarding certification, I found
it to be a happy coincidence when I stumbled upon this article on
linux.com: http://www.linux.com/article.pl?sid=07/04/26/2029245

Granted, a fair amount of it isn't wholly relevant to our
circumstances, but some of the practices regarding testing, issues of
expiration, and the general gist that certification actually means
something are all helpful and informative.  This would probably be good
for us to read.

And in that vein ;)... where are we at in terms of the status of our
program?  I'm ready to draft a press release (for Blender Nation as
well as other outlets) once we have all the pieces together.
