[Bf-education] Trainer Certification Entry

Ton, and others,

there are some issues with the current proposal that macouno and i
discussed. ive asked macouno to send an email to the list to explain it. it
basicaly comes down to that we can't test online if somebody can teach and
that we should take another aproach (more focussing on knowledge).

also id like to point out that i'm still interested in organizing the
creation of the certification program. Ive got some experience with project
management and i think i can make this much more structured. I only need a
mentor that kicks my ass once in a while.
