[Bf-education] Water Droplet

Does anyone know of a tutorial that focuses on the animation of a water 
droplet?  Our Central office (Public School Board) has asked for an animation that views the 
droplet falling and as the ripples start the camera angle moves from 
the side to the top.  Any advice or help would be appreciated. We are the only high school offering any 3d animation and the program we are using is Blender.  Any and all help would be appreciated.
