My idea was a to use the Xical platform, you can check it here
http://www.xical.org/ and a demonstration here
http://www.xical.org/fileadmin/xical/xical-explain/Xical-Player.swf .

There should also be some printed material that could follow the Xical
type of presentation.

My idea is to make it as interactive as possible and so the usage of the
Xical platform.

There should be a specific Certification for people who are willing to
teach Blender, at least it is what I have in mind.

We need to define this, what is your idea ?
I will think on this and propose my idea on it :) .

The idea is to talk to Angela and Ton from the Blender Foundation to define it
with us.
We define the whole set and then submit it to them for validation and approval,
maybe they can get an external entity to also validate it, don't know, if you
want I can talk to them to get a more accurate idea on how it will be decided.
