[Bf-education] Looking for blender education resources

Which version of Blender are you targeting at ?
This because 2.40 is close and differs alot from 2.30 series, specially in animation.
 
If
you are looking into 2.40 check the cvs mailing list, Ton has posted
some pages on the new features and about the new animation system.

I'm planning a computer animation class for the Continuing Education 
department of a local University, so I"m looking for classroom 
resources/suggestions for Blender. I know thats a broad request, but any
