[Bf-docboard] help required with handling a TODO text in [Home/Add-ons/Mesh/Edit Mesh Tools]

hi all,

there is a "TODO" mentioned under "Addons" -> "Add-ons Category Listings"
-> "Mesh" -> "Edit Mesh Tools" -> "Description" (

)

from the archives there is "Description" information available within a
screenshot, adjacent to the "Activation" / "UI overview" sections. (within
screenshot: below "Mesh: Edit Tools 2")

is it appropriate / relevant to get that description text from its archives
and replace the existing "TODO" text in the latest manual.
