[Bf-docboard] Offering translation help

Hi everyone.

I've been in and out of the Blender community for many years. Now I have a
bit of spare time to offer my help once more.

I could help in the translation of the manual into Spanish. Additionally, I
could also translate into Catalan if it can be helpful (both are my native
languages), though I assume Spanish should have a higher priority (as for
the amount of potential readers).

Waiting for my first assignments!
