[Bf-docboard] Apply to translator in Traditional Chinese

Dear Aaron,

This is Leon.
Recently I am working on Blender interface translation (Manage UI
Translations add-on) in zh_TW.
However, it seems I have some issues in rebuild mo files.
As join the Blender documentation project, I am wondering if I can join the
Translation project.
Thus I can post and ask questions with other geeks.
