[Bf-docboard] Contribution offer: English to French translation

Hi!

I'd like to contribute to the documentation effort, as an English to French
translator of the Blender 2.80 Reference Manual.

So I've used the instructions found here:

https://www.blender.org/get-involved/documentation/


In the "How to Get Started" section, I've followed these steps:

   - Install the manual locally
   - Build the manual locally

As advised in the "Translations" section, I've also read the following
documents:

   - Translation contributing guide
   - Translation style guide

Can someone please let me know what the next step is?
