[Bf-docboard] Application for access to commit simplified chinese translations for manual

I'm a chinese blender translator ,I've tranlated  some section of manual to simplified Chinese ，but i dont have the access to
commit simplified Chinese translations of manual.THE process of submitting diffs is inconvenient and time-consuming.
i'd like to contribute more to the translation of blender manual ,so i'm here to apply for access to commit simplified chinese  translations of manual.
