[Bf-docboard] Blender 2.8 manual

Hi,

looking at current svn repository of the documentation [1] and the 
documentation workboard [2], I guess that there is some room for help on 
upgrading documentation to v2.8? What is the best way to help? Can I 
just pick a Blender 2.8 task [2] and start working on it? Or is there 
something that needs to happen before manual can be upgraded? Thanks for 
info!
