[Bf-docboard] Vietnamese Translation Web Pages is NOT available on the documentation web site

[Trouble Daemon]

That's going to be problematic as the scripts that brecht put in the
directory there to freeze the versions presumes it exists, as does the
regex pattern. I believe I alluded to this type of exclusionary design
being a problem in the bug report, as it fragments the logic we currently
have to allow things to run. I've updated the directory to remove the 2.79
and only use 2.80 but this is going to be an issue with the versioning on
the docs page that lists 2.79 as well.
