[Bf-docboard] Request for localisation of Blender Manual into Slovenian language

Hello!

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for this specific request (I was
redirected to this mailing list through the Documentation project page),
but I was wondering if I could help translate Blender Manual to Slovenian
language, as I've noticed it isn't yet one of existing languages in the
repository.
I have been using Blender software for six years now and came to learn
quite a few things about it. I hope to learn more by contributing to this
project and make the manual more understandable to people from my country
as well.
So I would kindly like to ask you if I can participate and if so, what
conditions do I need to meet and what do I need to do to begin translating.
