[Bf-docboard] Vietnamese Translation Web Pages is NOT available on the documentation web site

Dear all,
I have recently pushed the commits to the
https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-manual-translations/trunk/blender_docs/locale/vi
and observing changes on
https://docs.blender.org/manual/vi/dev/index.html
and yet I haven't seen changes built/reflected on this page. Could someone
please tell me why this is happening?
