[Bf-docboard] simplified chinese Blender maual has not beenrefreshed for more than 24 hours

Everything should be working again.

This was a bug in Sphinx, which is now fixed [1] (but not yet in a release).

Until then I've made a minor change to avoid the error until we
upgrade to the fixed version.
