Hi Takashi,

Make sure you check out this as well https://github.com/lab1092/blender-manual_i18n (and maybe get in touch with the author).

Best regards,
Francesco

Thank you for your correspondence.

I understood the situation.
I'll commit some other translations and wait until they're compiled.

Ah yes sorry, it will take a day or two to get the language to compile automatically.

Hi Aaron,

I translated Introduction page into Japanese and commited an .po file at first,
and I expected that I can check the page by viewing
https://docs.blender.org/manual/ja/dev/getting_started/about/introduction.html
but there is not found page.

My commit is https://developer.blender.org/rBMT1513

Please tell me if I have some mistakes in the commited file or the procedure I took.

Best Regards,
Takashi Sugawara

Hi Aaron,

Hi Takash,

I added you to the documentation project so you now have commit access to both the English and translated versions.
The username and password for this are the same as whatever you used for developer.blender.org.

The Japanese translations files can be found at https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-manual-translations/trunk/blender_docs/locale/ja/

Hello everyone,

I'm software engineer in Japan.

I want to contribute to translate blender-docs into Japanese.
But I found Japanese is not listed in translatable languages below.
https://developer.blender.org/diffusion/BMT/browse/trunk/blender_docs/locale/

Could you (someone can manage it) add Japanese (ja) locale into the repo?
And I would appreciate it if you could approve me to be able to commit to
the repo.

My account is https://developer.blender.org/p/desigrammer/

Please take care of this issue.

Sincerely yours,
Takashi Sugawara
