[Bf-docboard] Request for adding Japanese to locale

Hi Aaron,


I translated Introduction page into Japanese and commited an .po file at
first,
and I expected that I can check the page by viewing
https://docs.blender.org/manual/ja/dev/getting_started/about/introduction.html
but there is not found page.

My commit is https://developer.blender.org/rBMT1513

Please tell me if I have some mistakes in the commited file or the
procedure I took.
