In Getting Started > About Blender > Blender's History > Version/Revision
Milestones > Blender 2.6x to 2.7x – Improvements & Stabilizing > *2.60
version paragraph*: The *"Internationalization of the UI"* phrase is
repeated (at the beginning and at the end of the paragraph).
