[Bf-docboard] fullscreen on mac os

I’m a bit puzzled :
on this page :

you state :
> alternative: simply make Blender full screen with the last button in the info window header (most times at the top of the screen layout).

I’m assuming you are talking about this button with two opposite arrows : 
https://www.blender.org/manual/_images/basics-screencast-small-header-info-window-normal.jpg

But on a fresh installation this button doesn’t appear

Am I missing something ?
