[Bf-docboard] Document Translation Workspace Setup.

Hi guys,
With the help of Aaron and Sergey, downloading the document trunk was successful.

I want to use Vim and Rykka's riv and instantRst plugin for translation, but Preview does not work properly.

The reference says to edit the po file, which is strange, like po or rst.
The template does not seem to apply, but do you have a clue to fix it?
Or is not the Vim instant preview feature recommended?
