[Bf-docboard] Reconfirm docs team membership

Hi,

With Campbell on leave, I would like to formally reconfirm who is active with the docs here (members) and whom to empower to make day to day decisions on issues (owners).

This "module team" structure we use for Blender's sources too. In short:

A member has commit access and work on general approved projects and work on bugs. The 'owners' make sure everyone is happily at work and that there's a consensus on the work and roadmap. When that is not possible, they can force decisions - provided it aligns well with with the general roadmap and consensus of all the other module teams again.

We could basically define two main teams for docs:

User docs
  Owners:
- Aaron Carlisle
- Greg Zaal
  Members:
- ?

Aaron and Greg: let me know if you accept this. And if you need admin powers on the site somehow.
I suggest to add team members based on full consensus by the existing team, one by one.

Wiki technical docs
  Owners:
- Dan McGrath (for sys admin work)
- Ton Roosendaal
- Sergey Sharybin
  Members:
- Julian Eisel
- ?

Volunteers welcome!
The main task for the wiki is to migrate to a new install. That will be a wiki version without the (slow) navigation templates. I need someone to help migrating content over (to get a reasonable OK looking layout for the main pages).

Thanks,

-Ton-
