[Bf-docboard] Documentation bug reports

Is there an official method for users to point out errors in the 
documentation?
Should they report to the tracker as normal, but select "Documentation" 
as the project?

I'm wondering after seeing this question on SE:

Regarding that page 
(http://blender.org/manual/modeling/texts/introduction.html) Is anyone 
working on updating it? I didn't see anything from a quick search on 
dev.b.o..
If not, I might have a go ;)
