[Bf-docboard] Duplicate topics under Deforming Geometry?

Hey Wayne,

Looks like the top set are just links to the various headers inside the
introduction page, which is titled "Deforming Geometry". So the lower set
are links to the separate pages on those topics. This should of course be
fixed - I'd suggest changing the title of the introduction page to
"Introduction" to be consistent with the rest of the docs, and removing
most of the redundant text there to make it more of an introduction.

A simpler solution would just be to change the ":maxdepth:" of the toctree
in the index file to 1.
