Hi,

I've created D1024 as an initial response to T42947. Do I get some 
feedback on this at some point?

It seems to me that taking on this task requires editing a significant 
number of files in such a way that is not very compatible with the diff 
revision system. Since I am splitting out most of the content into 
attachments there is no easy way for a reviewer to see what has changed.

Do I keep working on this now or wait until someone makes a decision 
which would affect this? If I can get this reviewed now it will be a lot 
easier for me to make the changes I want to make next.
