[Bf-docboard] New Member Intro

Hi all,

I'd like to help.   Here's a bit about me:

- nearly ten years using Blender to create addons for games
- programming background - mostly c, c++, c#
- retired, with time available

I am interested in all areas of Blender, wherever help is needed most.

To get started I see a number of open tasks relating to the Grease Pencil.
I'd be willing to take them on.   Can I assign myself to them, or is that
something done by an admin?
