[Bf-docboard] Update on Wiki to RestructuredText conversion

The new layout looks very nice!

Will all wiki parts be migrated to the new system?
My concern is at 2.49 part. It would be fatal if it disappears,
because some people are still working with this version. I have no
problem if it stays in the current form though ;)
