[Bf-docboard] Graph editor pages

Hi.
I finished the graph editor pages.
I dont want to update the doc pages without asking first.
Ill add them if its ok with the reviewers.

Theres some new features in 2.71, but I didnt add them to pages.
Im not sure if the wiki documents will change for 2.7x.
