Welcome everyone!
Here comes my RC for blender keymap:

I want to excuse everyone for the delay, a customer came and I had to 
concentrate on his tasks.
Please give comments. Also I need guidance about weather there should be 
a copyright mark on that, and under whitch licence.

If no comments come, can I place it on the wiki page?
