[Bf-docboard] The pdf version of User's manual is 15 months old- How about a new one?

Hi all,

The pdf available from wiki is 15 months old (20100622).

I can create a new manual from the wiki, provided someone provides a means
to convert the current wiki into odt.
(I know of one extension
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OpenDocument_Export).
There may be other extensions.

I have made seven manuals for various freeware, the latest being for LMMS:
(see http://sourceforge.net/projects/lmms/files/UserManual/)

All those manuals were made from scratch. An adaptation from wiki would take
much lesser time.
