[Bf-docboard] Update to Blender Wiki Main Page

Hello,
since a few minutes you can see that a new Blender wiki Main Page is online
[1]. This layout has been developed by fsiddi and mindrones to simplify the
interface and make it more friendly to new contributors.
The underlying structure has not changed and all links are still available
in the respective substructures.

The Education link at the bottom right hand corner is not active, since
some contents might be moved from blender.org in the future.
