[Bf-docboard] Blender Proceedings

Se me olvidaba! so sorry!!!

Record the Blender Conference and produce a DVD/BlueRay set; pack in pdf documents with the presentation notes of the conference or workshop. Call this "Blender Conference Proceedings" and sell it through te Blender Shop.

I think we're long overdue with this. We should have a memory of this events like Siggraph does.
