[Bf-docboard] How to have a local wiki with the same aspect of wiki.blender.org

Hello,

for those of you that would like to install a mediawiki exactly the same 
as wiki.blender.org including the important templates, I've uploaded 
related files on blend-doc svn.

This has been done for wiki skin developers, and for those wanting to 
help by testing new stuff and reporting.

(!) This is not to have wiki contents in a local wiki, but to have the 
same installation, so remember you won't find any Blender contents in 
these dumps, it's only the skin, the extensions and some important 
templates.

Suggestions are welcome of course.
