[Bf-docboard] Some changes and PDF manual

As for the tow sections "Introduction" and "Starting", it's OK for me, 
I've reflected this changes in the french manual index :)

I've noted your suggestions about wiki pages structure (i.e. first title 
in "=Title=" form), and will follow them from now.

By the way, I also divided the huge 
"http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Manual/3D_interaction/Navigating/3D_View_Options" 
page in two...

Great to see that there is now a valid PDF version... Any chance to see 
a french(/spanish/italian...) version one day?
