old pages redirect to Doc: namespace so you can use the old link to the page (the redirect links to the Doc: page)

For example, you can put "Manual", but that indeed redirects to "Doc:Manual".

Another example: you could  use "Sandbox/Particles-Controlling particle physics" (no namespace) and that would redirect to "Doc:Manual/Physics/Particles/Particle physics"
