[Bf-docboard] Blender Wiki Skin availability (Wahooney)

Sounds like an excellent idea.
I'm not into WikiMedia software at all but I just thought most of the design
changes on the Blender Wiki would have to be done purely through CSS?

Or are you talking about adding / removing buttons, functions and similar?

I'm happy to be enlightened :)
