great, made a comment over there pointing to the pdf conversion page on the wiki

Also would be good if i could have write access to the wiki to keep
the page about the converter updated, who do i talk to about that?

And finally, If i do get the bugs fixed and get it slightly better
formatted it would be good to get it running on the server,
alternatively if a zip containing the wiki was made available
somewhere that would speed things up (downloading the whole wiki using
wget is a bit crap:) )

Finally, I notice that lots of pages are not actually well formed xml
even though they claim to be xhtml, this is classed as a recoverable
error but really should be fixed in the source... I have no experience
with wikis but I'm guessing it is the fault of the mediawiki software
since people edit the wiki in an abstract format not the html, is the
server using the latest mediawiki version?
