Tom M,

  The best way to do it in order to support older browsers is to use an
image of the text.  Type the text in a graphics program (Photoshop,
etc.) in the font you want, and save it as a JPEG.  Then create the
JPEG as a link.  Make sure to have an "alt" text defined to help with
text searching.

  Alternately, you may wish to use CSS to specify a font and text
direction.  You can use inline CSS, though I am not sure how Wiki
handles this.
