[Bf-docboard] quickstart guide translation

Hello Tom,
We converted the guide to Scribus, and it can be found at the talk
page on the wiki:
http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/Talk:QuickStart

I'm not sure if the latest official release will do for editing,
Pierre-Luc will have to tell (it could be that it only opens correctly
in the cvs version, although I'm pretty sure 1.3.3 suffices).

Scribus is available for Linux, Windows & OSX, and it should be fairly
easy for translators to change the text (an italian translation was
already done: http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/QuickStart.it)
