[Bf-docboard] PageUp and PageDown... how to?

Hoy!

Thanks for editing, I'd say that PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN are Ok, they are
consistent with what used for arrows (LEFTARROW etc.)

BTW, on my Blender 2.37a PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN do work... but also
ALT-NUM- e ALT-NUM+ do the same thing! I'd keep also these
hotkeys in the description :)
