[Bf-docboard] The using of 'namespaces' could be a good idea.

Hello:

After trying to find some who has updated the .es branch of the UM, I
left it because of an annoying headache.

I suggest the use of namespaces for the differentes projects to search
them easily.

Example:
------------------------------------------------
Document             Namespace
------------------------------------------------
Official UM                    UM
Each l10n of UM            UM.$lang$
Reference                     RE
Each l10n of RE            RE.$lang$
etc.

So, it will be easy to find last modified docs refered to each namespace.

Only it's needed add this string at the end of each document

[[Category:Namespace]]

And search for a related into search box:
>> Category:Namespace
