[Bf-docboard] New UI Documentation

Thankyou for the instructions. I downloaded to source and XML Editor.
My only concern is that I'll probably be doing lots of screenshots -
how should I submit them? Email? I can also upload files on the web on
my website where I have lots of space.

Doing screenshots, I will aim to match the current ones, but with the
new layout. But I'll wait before the UI project has been finalised and
submitted to BF-Blender before I start taking them. I expect us to be
finished some time during march.
